Mr. Cassina is the progenitor of the Company and had the vision to leverage the business of M&M, a company with 30 years experience in infrastructure projects in Atlantic Canada, to expand into independent power project development in India, and create and oil and gas exploration and development division all under the corporate holdings of EPS.

Sandra J. Hall

President, Director

Ms. Hall has extensive experience in corporate financial administration and regulatory and investor communications for public companies. Ms. Hall worked 15 years at a major corporate services company where she managed the public, investor and regulatory filing requirements of several companies. Ms. Hall is responsible for coordinating the regulatory filing requirements of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and the Canadian Securities Commissions and shareholder communications.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hargreaves has been the CFO of EPS since February 1999. Mr. Hargreaves background is in financing in the power sector. For two years prior to joining EPS, he was a corporate finance partner at Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited, a Toronto based investment banker. Prior to this he had six years experience in corporate finance at Price Waterhouse specializing in the utilities sector and was directly involved in financing and financial advisory for over $500 million of funding for companies such as Ontario Hydro, SaskPower, Energie Noord West, St. Lucia Electricity, Belize Electricity and the US Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority.

RAMESH K. NAROOLA, LL.M (Delhi) Associate India Institute of Bankers

Director

Mr. Naroola is an Indian citizen and resident and self employed consultant in Indian Banking, Foreign National’s Investment in India, and the India Power and Infrastructure Sector. Naroola is an advisor to BHPE Kinhill Joint Venture on the Steel Authority of India Limited Environment Project, National Mineral Development Corporation Project and the Indian Railway Safety Project. Naroola is a business advisor to Kinhill Engineers-Australia BHP Group, Australia. Until 1999 Naroola served on the Board of Directors of BHP Steel India Private Limited, BHP Mineral India (P) Ltd., BHP Petroleum India (P) Ltd. and Kakinada Energy Ltd., Naroola has been an Advocate of the Supreme Court of India and is a Certified Associate of the India Institute of Bankers and a Life Member of the (India) Law Society.

President, M&M Engineering Limited and M&M Offshore Ltd

John Brake has 33 years experience in large scale engineering projects. As President of M&M since 1970, Brake has successfully guided the company through all cycles of the economy. Brake was instrumental in establishing the Newfoundland Service Alliance and in securing M&M’s participation in such projects as Hibernia and the Star Lake Hydro Project. He has earned respect from M&M’s clients at Hibernia, Ultramar, Dow Chemical and Abitibi Price among others.

Colin S. McNeil, P. Geoph.
Mr. McNeil has over 30 years experience providing geophysical services and managing exploration and development projects in Canada and internationally. From 1996 to present McNeil has been President of C. McNeil And Associates an Alberta, Canada based geophysical consulting company. Prior to 1996 McNeil served as Vice President and CFO of Briggand Energy Corp. and President of HyEnergy Corp. both Alberta based junior oil & gas companies which were subsequently taken over. 1991- 1994 McNeil was by Manager of international exploration for Numac Energy Inc., and Westcoast Petroleum Ltd., both intermediate oil and gas producers where McNeil evaluated/managed exploration plays in Libya, Africa and south east Asia. McNeil brings extensive experience both nationally and internationally to Energy Power Systems Limited.

Douglas J. Andrews, P. Geol.
Andrews has 25 years experience as exploration geologist in Western Canada. In 1992 Andrews became exploration manager for a startup oil & gas company which was recently acquired for approximately $750 million. Since 1997 Andrews has been a leading exploration consultant in Western Canada’s Oil & Gas sector.
